             of this cloud regime at each grid box during the period of Jan. 2005 to 
             Jun. 2007.

     the number of occurrences of a cloud regime in the whole tropics (-15N ~ +15N).
     Format: arscii, two column: cloud regime id, number of occurrences

     the cloud regime classification id at each grid box (equal area)
     Format: binary, direct access with record length equal to 36, i.e. 9i4
             For each data block, the first and last integers should be always the same,
             which can be used as a check to see whether the data are read correctly. 
             The 2nd to 8th integers are as follows: cloud regime classification id, 
             latitude id for equal-area grid, longitude id for equal-area grid, year, 
             month, day, UTC.
